Can anybody tell me is there any datables tables for "<b>INVENTORY</b>" and "<b>DEMAND</b>"?

You can get inventory qtys from tables MARD and MSKA(special stock).

IKPF - Header: Physical Inventory Document

ISEG - Physical Inventory Document Items

Demand:

PBIM - Independent Requirements for Material

PBED - Independent Requirements Data

PBHI - Independent Requirements History
