Data transfer using the transaction CJ40

Hi all,

I got a requirment to upload data from a text file to CJ40 (Change Cost Planning) transaction. In my requirment i have been asked to develop a BDC using Session method.

But i feel it is very deficult to record and process this transaction. So any one of you please help in finishing this task by suggesting any function modules or BAPIs or any other way of doing.
