data transfer between clients within the same physical application server

Dear All,

Could anyone tell me what's involve when data transfer (change request) between clients within the same physical application server. Could anyone give me some information links explain that from the beginning?

Hi,

Generally configuraions are the client dependent data so we can transprot these form one client to another client.

For example if you take the data base table every table contains MANDT field.i.e.this is client dependent.if you want to transfer data from one client to another client then we can use transfereing .If you want to transfer simply use transaction SCC1
