Data mismatch in ECC and PSA

Hii,

I have created one custom data source in ECC development system for Inventory History.
In this DS I have a one field called Quantity.

Now same data source with same field and data type, I have created and mapped with PSA at BI/BW side.

Now the issue is, DS is working absolutely fine in ECC.
But while I run this DS in PSA at BI/BW side, Only Quantity is not getting proper.
Other fields are getting properly, No of records are also same. But only quantity differs in some cases. Somewhere it is coming fine.

Can you have any idea about this issue?

Hi Kaushik,

If 'Quantity Differs' with ECC system then you must have write some routines for the same.

'Quantity' is getting at PSA level but data is not matching means there must be problem at routine level.

Can you please check at routine level ?

Observation is, I used FM MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API for fetching MRP List data.

it is running fine in Foreground.
But when data is extracted at BI/BW side, in background, it will return only few entries.

I have tried BAPI BAPI_MATERIAL_STOCK_REQ_LIST also, but same thing happened.

as we have assign, SAP_ALL to background user, so there is nothing to do with authorization object.

Please suggest.

Issue resolved by changing SLoc MRP indicator in material master (MM02 -> MRP4 -> SLoc MRP indicator).

If this indicator is set, it exclude storage locations from material requirements planning at plant level and not displaying in FM while you use it in a 'Background'.
