Data Migration using LSMW/batc input

Hi,am trying to migrate data in to tHe SAP system using LSMW/BatcH input.After i got to tHe last step.i processedit but it gave some errors.

please can someone give me detailed steps of ow to use Batch input...possibly with screen shots.

Maybe i need to break things down a bit futher.My assignment on this project is to

1)Come out wit a data migration plan for migration all revenue,budget,finance,control,accounts,GL etc into th

e SAP system.(note-this a public sector)

2)the actual migration of of this in to a new business one SAP system.

please can one please guide me on this.Am using LSMW.
