Data is not cpming from Quality Server

Hi All,

i have done a report,it is working fine in Development system.

After Transfering to Quality, there it is showing nothing, it is showing all zeros,

what is the reason, suppose data is in Quality, then is there any other reasons to show all zeros.

Hi,

The most obivious reason will be no data in the quality for given search criteria if the report is working fine in development.

Still you can check if the TR is moved correctly to QA.

Also try to change the selection criteria.

It could be data in Quality only ...go and check the data whether it's there in Data base tables of Quality...

check first that...

Then we will dicuss..
