I HAVE CREATED NEW DATA ELEMENT FOR ONE MY TABLE FIELD
NOW I CREATING ENTRIES THAN INSTEAD OF COLUMN NAME PLUS SIGN IS APPEAR.
HOW CAN I REPLACE THIS PLUS SIGN BY FIELDNAME.

Hi Imran,
Double click on the field type of your field.
It will take u to the next screen where you
can find Attributes, Definition, Fieldlable
Choose fieldlable in that you have to
give ur display name ( i.e., Column Name )
Hope you got it.
Its better you can check it in other
Data element which already exists
in database.

I didnt understand your requirement ..
anyway you create domain-dataelement----fieldname
you can also create directly method by giving fieldnames and after creating dataelemtn domains inside the table.there is an option for it..check it

Hi,
Have you maintained <b>Field Tables</b> at Data Element Level. How you are creating entries i.e. through Table Maintenance Generator.
If that is the case Take the Z - Function group and go to SE80 and change the Field name in that particular screen.

the thing is when u have created the data elemnet, u need to check what domain has been attached to this data element. Again give a breif describition to this data element and in the field label tab strip describe the name for Short/Medium/Long. When u maintain the field labels, automatically, the field name is shown instead of + sign.

create domain for that data element and activate it, domain is reused for many other fields after activation.
