Hai Gurus,

After creating a Transparent tabel in se11 for ex : ztable

at later if any user click on change mode it should show access key to that .how to do ?

We can create in SE11 Transparent tables in the same way we can create for Cluster and Pool tables ? If is Yes how .?

Madhu,

When ever u r creating Z table. That Z Table maintainance is applicable to that User ID only.

Other wise it will ask for Access key.

In comes to Pooled and Cluster Table : Create a Z table and go to Utilities change the table type to Pooled or Clustered table.

This is not possible..Everytime u create a z-table, it is created in custom name space and not sap name space..So it will never ask access key..

After creating Transparent Table option is available ( Display & maintenance Allow). In First Tab.

Ur creating a table means ur User ID having authorization to create, edit the Z programs. If any one who is not having proper authiorizations try to changed it it will asks for an access key.

So don't think of it.

U can change a tranparent table to Cluster or Pooled table by using the Utilities Menu from Table Maintenance
