Check out the ollllddd but still somewhat applicable book entitled <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Transfer-Made-Easy-4-0B-4-5x/dp/1893570045">Data Transfer Made Easy 4.0B/4.5x</a>

There's a section on Data Cleaning/Purging as well as a questionnaire section that you can print out and fill in to assist you with understanding the legacy data to SAP data transition per module.

Thank you for your help. I see the Appendix C is a questions for Data Cleansing which is what I am looking for. How do I print it? Do I need to buy a book to print? I only need Appendix C.

any help is appreciated.

Well, I guess if you're asking questions about Data cleansing than you'll probably find most of the book's other topics useful too and not just Appendix C so I'd recommend buying it.
