Hi...plz help me regarding this:

Even i'm getting the error message : HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error 3017when trying to archive files via IXOS.

Could you please let me know why is this happening? what could be the possible reasons???

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSARCH_STORE_FILE, variant , user ID UNICENTR)

Archive file 001748-001RV_LIKP is being processed

HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error 3017

Archive file 001748-001RV_LIKP cannot be stored

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Could you check the space in IXOS server. This error could occur if there is lack of space.

The internal server error is reported by the archive system. Application justs logs the error. Additional information may be found in the application log (TA SLG1). Search for object SCMS. In the detail view you can check the whole HTTP-Header of the failed response.

If there is not enough information to solve the problem you have to check the archive system.

The jobs have already been launched and some of them go cancelled due to the error message I 've provided in the last mail..now my requirement is "Can i check why am i getting that error message in dubug mode?

Since we can monitor Jobs using the transaction SARA but all the jobs are running in background..so is there any to bring all the cancelled jobs or completed jobs into debug mode???

I've no idea abt IXOS support? can you please provide me the steps to take help of this on IXOS..what's the web site??

Hi,

It is www.ixos.com

Check with someone in your company they might be having your customer ID with IXOS. you can raise a message with them same as you do with SAP.

I don't think you will find solution in this forum.
