What is 'Risk Analysis' document in Archiving project? How to prepare it?

Hi Priya,

Some of the risk management activities that you could include in the "risk analysis document" are outlined below fyi.

1. Identify threats/risks

- Technical

ex: Incorrect settings of Storage system for archived data

- Business

ex: Incorrect residence time settings

- Human

ex: Errors in archive job execution / incorrect variant settings of archiving objects

2. Estimate risks

Calculate the impact of these risks on the overall execution project

3. Measures to avoid risks

Perform comprehensive testings (Unit/Business case testing)

4. Managing Risks

Steps may include detailed documentation (eg: Issue logs) / Contingency planning etc.
