Customs Tariff Number Change/ HS Code UPDATE

Good Days,

As of the new year some products' GTIP Numbers (Customs Tariff Statistics Positions) are changed. How can we rearrange the new GTIP numbers of products . I mean via Master Data,

(HS-CODE)

Also the Foreign Trade Part is missing in SPRO.I cannot see that part in spro:

Can it be related to the version of our system?
