Can anyone tell me the standard programs and their tcodes used for Customer statement with the smartform and sap script names?

Custom statement Prog Name: RFKORD11

Script name: F140_CUS_STAT_01 & F140_CUS_STAT_02

Statements would be printed via FBL5N.
