Customer Master Record

Though I created customer master record,systems throws an error message while creating a sale order saying that "No customer master record exists for sold-to-party 1214" ......moreover same sales area is mentioned in the sales order.....Need ur assistance....Thanks in advance.....

Hi,

Try with this:

tcode:VA01

Enter sales area,sales organisation,distribution channel, division,order reason, item and material.

Also, check for above values in table KNVP
