Customer additional data

Hi All,

I needed to change the customer additonal data (field kna1-katr3). I am currently using call-transaction method to make the necessary changes.

Is there any easier way to achieve this.. since i have to affect the changes to a number of customers.

Hi,

Try with tr.code MASS. It is used for mass changes.

Object type KNA1.

I need to make the chnages from a report program. So how do i go about doing it?

Hi,

Call transaction seems to be OK, if you don't want to update the records directly.
