how to know if there is or there's not a program/transaction that could maintain a custom table?

Quick tip is.

Take this table and enter in SM30 transaction's Table/View and click on 'Find Maintenance Dialog' , this shows the view/table to maintain entries.

Another is check in TSTCP table with parameters field as table name.

Go to utilities > table maintenence generator and chk , if it is maintained with screen numbers.
