Custom container and Subscreen

I put a custom container and a subscreen area on a screen number 100. When a subscreen area gets filled with a subscreen, and if i scroll up/down a subscreen, content of the custom container is also getting scrolled up and down behind the original custom container content.(replication of content scrolling up and down behind main content on the custom container)

Need solution on this.

and even then it might not be enough... debugger and smartforms are particularly prone to this issue.

What screen size did you define, what subscreen area size did you define, what subscreen size did you define?
