Cursor movement on TAB.

Hi Folks,

I have to change the sequence, in which cursor is moving on pressing Tab.

For example I have four input fields on the screen .

Input Field1 Input Field2

Input Field3 Input Field4

I would like to move the cursor from InputField1 to inputField3 on pressing TAB button. Instead of moving from InputField1 to InputField2(Standard functionality).

Please let me know how to change the cursor navigation.
