Currency conversion

I need to make a z report for the transaction AR01(report RABEST_ALV01) and display the values in

1) Local currency

2)Document Currency

3) in USD.

My question is, where do I find the(which table and field) local local currency code and document currency code? and how do i convert the amount in these.

Below are the fields for Local and Document currency,

DMBTR DMBTR CURR 13 2 Amount in Local Currency

WRBTR WRBTR CURR 13 2 Amount in Document Currency
