Currency Conversion problem for PO

I have a requirement where I need to convert currency field of Purchase Order Idoc (curcy) and calculate accordingly.

I know of the conversion rule concept , would like to know if this concept can be used here.

I have created a Conversion Rule definition in BD52

And maintained the settings in BD79 , please find the screenshot below.

Please guide on any further steps , as I am currently not getting the required output.

I need guidance on how I can acheive that (calculate amount)

I would like to add that the basic conversion of currency is also not acheived curently.

Hi,

Can you please check the conversion rule as per the below screen shot.

-> you have created the rule

-> assigned the rule

-> Have you assign the rule to your message type.

-> finally still it is not happening, let me know the program which you are using to process the IDOC

I have done the above mentioned steps.

But the conversion is not happening.

I have followed the steps in this link , but I am not able to understand the code.

A little bit more detail would be greatly appreciate.
