Please can any body clear me, that CRM abap is same as the general abap or do I require any training to involve in CRM abap.

Hi Khadeer,

There is no difference between ABAP and CRM ABAP, If u want then u can try to know about CRM business flow and functionality which can help u in coding.

Hi,

In CRM ABAP we mostly use ABAP OBJECTS ( object oriented programming using classes and objects ), while in normal ABAP programming we use function module approach.

GUID is the main concept thats important in CRM.. every object every Bussiness partner every order will be linked to a GUID.. search on net from more info in GUID.

There is no difference between general abap and CRM abap for that with any abap like APO abap ,SRM abap etc...Only difference we have to functinal flow....

In Crm GUID is used as the unique identifier like matnr , order no etc...and every value is identifed is based on that...
