Crikey! that site is still talking about mySAP.com, the Workplace, and Clarify. None of those are available anymore. I remember the .com era...those were the days.

Have a look at http://help.sap.com and look at CRM under the mySAP Business Suite section. Tons of info here. If you read the lot you'll be way ahead.

Internet is pool of knowledge,The only thing that you need to get a bit out of that pool is to know HOW to find that?

There are lot of sites sharing Information regarding SAP Products and other Programming Techniques also.

Just go to www.google.com or any portal having SAP stuff and put in your serach keyword say "CRM".
