Creating Records Based on Joining record

Hi Experts,

I have an requirement

Pernr | Begda | Endda | Wage1| Wage2 |Join Date

1 | 01.01.08 | 31.01.08 | 100 | 10 | 05.05.xxxx

1 | 01.02.08 | 28.02.08 | 100 | 10 | 05.05.xxxx

1 | 01.03.08 | 31.03.08 | 100 | 10 | 05.05.xxxx

1 | 01.04.08 | 30.01.08 | 100 | 10 | 05.05.xxxx

1 | 01.05.08 | 31.05.08 | 140 | 12 | 05.05.xxxx

1 | 01.06.08 | 30.06.08 | 140 | 12 | 05.05.xxxx

1 | 01.07.08 | 31.07.08 | 140 | 12 | 05.05.xxxx

1 | 01.08.08 | 31.08.08 | 140 | 12 | 05.05.xxxx

I have to make these 12 recors into 2 records based on employee joining date and month irrespective of emplyee joining year xxxx.

The records should appear in below mentioned format.

Pernr | Begda | Endda | Wage1| Wage2 |Join Date

1 01.01.08 04.05.08 100 10 05.05.xxxx

1 05.05.08 31.12.08 140 12 05.05.xxxx
