Creating archive object

Hello Friends,

I want to create archiving object for statistical tables or tables starting with S namely, ie S9XX etc. Through transaction MSCX I am able to create the object but I also have to create field catalogues for retrieval process. I was directed to transaction MC20 for this but I don't know how to use this transaction. I have found some SAP documents which define the process through Archive Retrieval Configurator but there is no info on where this might be. How can I use MC20 or the Archive Retrieval configurator?
