Create Object and Subject for Application Log

Could anyone tell me how to create the Z Object and subobject for the Application Log.

ie) <b>BALOBJ_D & BALSUBOBJ</b>

Could you please tell me the Tcode for that.

Since I have to save the application in the new object so that it can be displayed using this Key.
