Create Notification using BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE

When we create notification via iw21 , on entering the priority system gives me a pop-up for automatic calculation of requested end date and time . when i select yes it calculates the end date and time and if i select no it keeps it as it is.

My requirement is when i create a notification via portal, my RFC enabled function module calls a BAPI *'BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE' but as it is via portal the pop-up which i described above doesnot appear and system by default calculates the requested end date and time. My requirement is system should not calculate the end date and time .

Can someone please provide me the guidance for the same.
