Create condition table using SAP condition technique for custom table

I have seen a development that create condition table for custom table using SAP standard condition technique

so we can create any field category based on own custom table, and then create condition record as we want.

and i see there is TCODE like OYY1/OYY2/OYY3 etc in that system, but i cannot find such TCODE in even standard ECC system

These should be standard SAP TCODE right? I see these tcode linked to SAP standard program SAPMV12A(Like V/05).

Has anyone done such development before could share some info about this?
