Create a webservice without j2ee server ?

Can i create a webservice without j2ee server ,and it shows SOAMANAGRER tcode does not exist in my SAP . i want to expose a sample SAP program so that i can access it in iOS program . i suppose there will be alternate methods to achieve the web service , any sugg?

Hi Marnush,

Go to SE37 -> Utilities -> More Utilities -> Create Web service.

Release the Web service using transaction WSCONFIG

Go to transaction SICF to check the web service.
