If you search in SE37 with SPOOLBIN*, you'll get a possible candidate: BAPI_XBP_READ_SPOOL_BIN. Amazing what one can find searching with likely words...

yeah.. this is most likely FM anyone will get first.. but the sad part is it doesnt suffice our need

Thanks... I can't use 'WS_DOWNLOAD' to convert to binary.. as program will be executed in background
