hi,

i tried to create new user group or new infoset but i always got this message 'convert first'. what i need to do.

Have you done an upgrade of release?

Could you give the class and numeber of the message?

you receive this message, contact your System Administrator. He or she will be

required to perform a standard administration function to convert the objects

before you can proceed.</i>

For this look also at OSS <a href="https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/550764">Note 550764 - FAQ SAP Query</a>

<i>A conversion must be performed after a release upgrade from 3.1x to Release 4.0x or higher or where necessary after a client copy.

  • Proceed according to note 92124 after a release upgrade.

  • Start report RSAQUM40 after a client copy and set the "release indicator". </i>
