Conversion from BINARY to ASCII

Hallo Experts,

Could any one tell me how to convert BINARY data to ASCII format using class "cl_abap_conv_in_ce".

This is to replace the below ABAP statement in unicode version.

TRANSLATE struckture FROM CODE PAGE '0101' TO CODE PAGE '1610'.
