Control Structure - ABAP RAP (Consumer is any UI framework/React)

Team,
I have a control stucture created for entity in RAP and i have seen that while working on a list report Update operation , these structure fields are populated based which fields user changes. How can we handle the same functionality when its consumed as normal api or in any other UI framework.

Now i receive all boolean true in the control structure.
