Connection Closed (no data)

Hello

I'm getting "Connection Closed (no data) when I call a function module IN BACKGROUND TASK. If I call the same function module not in background FM executes fine. The function module calls a smartform, not sure if that has anything to do with the problem of not? The function module is remote-enabled. Can anyone give me any help on what is causing the Connection Closed error?

I guess it could be with the authorizations of the user id thats user in the RFC connection... the user could be missing the background authorizations.
