Connection between SAP and ASP(not .net and java)

I have an external system & my requirement is to have an interface with the external system through ASP (not .net and java) {data base for ASP is SQL} to SAP.

My constraint is I don’t have any interface like XI/PI.

Could anyone help me with the pre requisites, what type of connecter can be used? Is it possible through RFC.

Through ASP : net connector 3.0 is required for that u can download service.sap.com/connectors.
