connection between fields in sd module

hi all,

i want to do a form for invoice.

Here i need to display fields like stawn from t604 table, exidv from v51ve table & ddtext from ftsel table.

can u plz suggest me table from where i should take all these fields

so that it would be easy to code.

no i do not have fs.

if i am taking these fields i am not getting any connection between them.
