Amit BSEG is accounting document line item whereas MSEG is material document. Have a check in table GLPCA if you can link them (offcourse via BKPF and MKPF)

There is no direct field you can join on, but you could connect them using the field BKPF-AWKEY.

If BKPF-AWTYP = 'MKPF',

BKPF-AWKEY = MSEG-MBLNR concatenated with MSEG-MJAHR.
