there are certain condition types like ZDIS,ZDSP,ZEXP,ZMNB, when ever the data is been deleted are not present in one of 'credit memo request or order no', the same condition type record should not be in 'credit memo' but it is displying in 'credit memo how i need to solve this problem.

Please check with your functional consultant, if it can be done via <b>Pricing Type in Copy Control</b>...

Ok, Copy Control Settings will be done by Functional Consultants. If <b>routines</b> are to be added, then Technical Consultants will handle the same.

I would advice you to sit/discuss with your functional consultant to understand the requirement and then go for proposing a solution on handling the same...

i spoke to functional consultant, they are not going to touch copy control, so i need to add routines for it, can u help me in this how i need to add a routine for this condition type.

Hey, if your functional consultant can not not touch the copy control settings i guess he/she can not add the routine also.

Just for your information, transaction VOFM is used for maintaing routines.

If you are creating a new routine to assign, you will require access key for creating the object. Would advice you to confirm on the exact logic to be placed in the routine before proceeding to make any changes.
