Communication error while inbound idoc

Hi all,

We have a requirment to interface between CRM and SAP,

Customer master data coming from CRM to SAP R/3 throguh TIBCO system( this is initial development)

i have configured partner profile (inbound parameters )in R/3 end,

TIBCO end they configures to connect SAP R/3,

we provided ip address of SAP server, user name and password after that they pushed data from tibco to SAP R/3,

there is no idocs are created, in SAP R/3,

i have checked in SM21: am getting the below message

Communication error, CPIC return code 020, SAP return code 223.

Is it required to created any ports? or RFC 's at sap end?

pls explain any thing is missing from SAP end or TIBCO end,

Yeah You need to create a port in WE21 transaction.

Hi Suresh

For Inbound, yiu have to create 'Customer Distribution Model' from BD12.

There you have to assign Message Type & Port.

Hi Suresh,

Just check if the RFC connection exists and works fine via transaction SM58.
