color coding in smartform

Hi All

Client looking for Number 100E will print in different blocks and these blocks should represent with different color coding in SAP in SMARTFORMS. I would like to know how can we achieve this. Please suggest your valuable comments and answers for this problem. I am attaching a screenshot also.

I tried to use template for getting the output as required . 100E is coming in different blocks but not able to achieve color coding . WHen i tried to apply color in text node under template then some error message is coming like box and shading not allowed within table. Please let me know how can i achieve color coding.

Hi Ashutosh,

Apply the shades for the template/table instead of text node(under Output options tab) as shown in above screenshot.

The frames and shading won't work for the text node(under Output options tab) which is mapped inside template/table.
