Code inspector for modified code only

Dear All,

I am setting up Code inspector and I want the code inspector should be working only for changed code.SO suppose code was of 200 lines , and 10 lines newly added, then the Code inspector should work only for those 10 lines. I will be thankful for kindly helping.
