cluster B2 issue

Hi,

I fetch the 'Accrued Hrs' from QTACC table of cluster B2 based on time evaluation (RPCLSTB2) for reporting. We have weekly payroll in place. Last week, the cluster B2 did not get populated ( no time evaluation results). Hence the accrued hrs showed up as zero. What might be the problem? Is the time evaluation tied to payroll process? Is it because the payroll was run incorrectly or is a different process that they missed for the last week?

Hence when they ran for this week, the cluster B2 got populated with week's before time evaluation results and not the last week (results are lagging by a week).

Any thoughts or leads to correct it will help?
