HI

Data based tables with mandt field is client dependent,else it client independent.

Scripts are client dependent.

All programs executable,dialog & smartforms are client independent.

Each system will have multiple clients, you will create in one client, if you are able to see the same object in different clients of the same system is called independent object

If you are able to see the object in your client then it's a dependent object.

and one more example : Standard texts are client dependent
