Client Creation

can any one give me an idea to create a client in IDES version ( eg i want to create a client 810 ) . can any give me the steps

Vijaya,

Go to SCC4 create a new client number.

Log on to this client number

using username SAP*

go to transaction SCCL

Select the profile SAP_ALL

Give the source client from which you want to copy.

Use the transaction /nscc4 its for client administration

Log onto an existing client and call transaction SCC4. Here you can add a new entry with your new client number and attributes. Once the entry is in that table a default user is also created, with that you can log onto your new (empty) client and create you own user or create a copy of another client.

when ever you want to creat a new client you have to take the copy of 000 client

this 000 client is by default client and at the time of creatiON the clIent you can give the authorizations

it will be very well known to BASIS people.

Hi Vijaya,

Goto Tcode su01,

Client 810

Give user name sap*

password:06071992.

presss continue.

In the next screen :

User: Sapuser

Press creat buttom in the application tool bar ,

In address tabstrip : give ur name last name and first name ,

click on logon data: here u give the initial password, suppose password is = nihar

click on profile give : SAP_ALL

SAP_NEW

Press save buttom .

Now ur client 810 created

Goto the SAP EASY Access Screen

Give client : 810

User: sapuser

password: nihar

press enter

Again system will ask for final password.

Give here exiting password: nihar

new password: india.

Just goto this procedue if u have any problem just replay me , ok
