I have control table and how i could do that after click at cell of this table it will change colour?

Hi April King, thanks for your attention,

it is helpfull but unfortunatlly not clear for me, could you give some example or steps to put it in order and make this clearer for me. I mean steps which I should do in PAI, PBO, screen and in which order. what is action to click event and change colour.
