Class CL_GUI_TIMER and grid refresh

Hi,

I have used the class CL_GUI_TIMER to get an automatic grid refresh.

Everything is working ok, except when I minimize the window. When the grid auto. refreshes when the window is minimized, the grid gets a strange appearance afterwards.

When the grid is refreshed again (the window is no longer minimized), the grid is ok again.

Do anyone no something about this minimized and automatic grid refresh??

You are using a custom control in your screen, correct?

Try this.

Go to the screen, open screen painter for that screen, double click on the control. You should get a dialog. Now check the checkboxes for resizing. (vertical and horizontal).

Did this make a difference?

Hi,

Thank you for answer, but I have tried that.

The ALV grid is still minimized (even if the Window is no longer minimized) until the refresh has happened.

Hi Anne,

1. I tried the same thing at my end.

2. I could understand what happens.

3. But it is not happening everytime.

4. I started the program again and checked.

It does not happen.
