by which transaction i can see <b> customer cheque information. </b>

Please ask a question clearly and provide the necessary information to get an answer to suit your requirement.
Cheque is nothing but an FI document and can be posted using many transactions such as FB01. The information from these document is read and printed on cheque. Your consultant would know more about the transacion being used and document being created.
Txn FBZP is used to assign print programs.
The data generally reside in REGUH / REGUP at runtime. and RBKP/RSEG; BKPF/BSEG; BSAK/BSIK; BSAD BSID in database.

check the transaction FB03
or check the table entries BSAK you get the all
