Cheque Layout

Hi,

I am making changes in the Checque layout for my client.

In transaction FBZ5,for print form for payment document.We have a Z developed for the Alternative form.

Please guide me as to what will be the steps to create a Z alternative form for the above mentioned tcode.

Hi,

Generally for cheque printing you can copy the standard program RFFOUS_C to a Z one and then make changes as per requirement. For your transaction you can copy the program SAPMFCHK to a Z one with enhanced options. You have to create a new transaction also for the newly created program.

So does that mean,the Z application form created ZCHECK_CANARA is a tcode for the standard program U have mentioned,please advice.

I think so. To check that:

take the transaction. got to System->Status->there the program name will be there . compare the program with the standard one...
