Hi

I am trying to create a Charcaterstics (CT04) where i can select the PERNR (personnel number belong to a company code) exists in the system. While creating the

1) charcaterstics - in the additional value tab - choosen table name PA0002 and reference filed PERNR. But still couldnt able to pick the PERNR based on Company code means by mentioning the infotype doesnt allowing to search for the PERNR.

2) Tried by selecting the function module in the value tab - this option also not allowing me to pick the PERNR's.

Pl.suggest with the standard functionality will the requirement be achieved or required coding with the help of user-exit/BADI/BAPI. if user-exist/BADI?BAPI which one to be used and how can be used?

Kindly suggest.
