hi,
go to se38 give the program name and change.. go to menu path utilities->versions-> version management and you will see the current request number of the program.
You cannot attach the same program to two requests at the same time.
for some reason you want to save this program to other request.. then you have two optiosn
1) go to se10 and release the request and come back to the program and make some changes and save it wil prompt for new request number then save it under new request number
2) in se10 you open the request under which ur program is saved.. and click on the program name under the task and click on delete button.. and proceed come back to the program and make some changes and save it wil prompt for new request number then save it under new request number
Thanks
Mahesh

You can check available tranports from Tcode SE09. Also you can create a new one (Provided there in no constraint in your Landscape).
If program already in one transport request then you can not assign this to another transport unless until its moved to QA or other systems.
If program already in one transport request, then you can create a Task under your name in the same request.

If you are modifying a program that is not a local object, you will be prompted for a transport and you can see it from versions as mentioned above.
If you are modifying a program that is currently being modified by another person, then an additional task will be created under that person's transport request number. You cannot create two different requests but you can two different tasks under the same request for the same object.
