Hi Guys,
I have a transport request which has 10 programs for a project. My transport will go in production in JULY. Program ZABC is in my transport. This program is also needed by another ABAPer to make some urgent changes because of some production issue. His changes will go in production in APRIL, without my changes. How to go about it. I need to incorporate his changes to my version also. Please guide in this situation.
Please help.

delete the report from the transport request and let the other developer do his changes and comment your changes out.
He will get a new request for creating a transport. do this and release it.

Hi,
Copy your program with anohter name and create as a local object. remove your programe from the transport you may not able to do that because he has lock on it.
In this case you copy the program and you both delete the transport.
then he makes his changes and release the transport. now you can make your changes using copy you made with another name.
